其智惠方便皆以得度　此自利得度。肇曰。窮智用盡權道故稱度。

"His wisdom and upāya have both achieved liberation"—this is liberation through self-benefit. Sengzhao says: "Exhausting wisdom's function and carrying through the expedient path, he is therefore said to have 'achieved liberation'."
