"Why is that? This Sahā world has ten wholesome dharmas that do not exist in the other pure lands. What are the ten? Gathering the poor with generosity; gathering the transgressors with pure morality; gathering the angry with patience; gathering the indolent with diligence; gathering the distracted with dhyāna concentration; gathering the foolish with wisdom; preaching the dharma of eliminating difficulties to deliver those in the eight difficulties; delivering those who delight in the Hinayāna with the Mahāyāna dharma; rescuing those without attainments with various wholesome roots; and constantly maturing sentient beings with the four means of embracing. These are the ten." (Second, explaining the reason. Stating the number and listing the explanation are evident. Sengzhao says: "Good arises from evil; purity increases through defilement. Because the ten evil dharmas are complete in this land, the ten virtues flourish. That land is purely good, so there is no place to bestow virtue. That is why hundreds of thousands of kalpas of practice do not match a single lifetime here.")
