Fourth: Wishing to have one's own body served, one sighs and says: 'Serving with the body is the highest, most supreme, and utmost of all offerings, which no offerings can equal.' If one says, 'To be able to serve us who keep the precepts and practice brahmacarya by engaging in sexual desire with the body is the foremost offering,' in each of the nine kinds of praise, one commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa. If one says, 'To be able to serve us who do not greatly keep the precepts and practice brahmacarya by engaging in sexual desire with the body is the foremost offering,' in each of the nine kinds of praise, one commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa. If one says, 'Not serving us who keep the precepts and practice brahmacarya by engaging in sexual desire with the body is the [foremost] offering,' in each of the nine kinds of praise, every word commits a grave sthūlāccaya; that person fears committing a saṃghāvaśeṣa, and therefore utters such words. The Vinaya says that if the woman before him understands, he also commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa. 'Not with the body' means that his intention is actually to speak of the body. Toward a woman, conceiving the perception of a non-woman, if one desires [her], one commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa; toward a non-woman, conceiving the perception of a woman, it is a grave sthūlāccaya. Toward a human woman, it commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa; toward an amānuṣa woman, a sthūlāccaya; toward an amānuṣa woman, a duṣkṛta. Plainly saying, 'Serve with the body,' but one's words are not yet fully articulate, is a grave sthūlāccaya. About to praise, or the words are not yet completed, is a light sthūlāccaya.
