捨財文（凡欲捨墮事依二界。界內有僧並須盡集故。律云。若僧若眾多人若一人。皆須總集不得別眾捨。若捨不成捨得突吉羅。唯除線縟二寶許別眾捨除並不得爾）。

Text for forfeiting property (In all cases of wishing to forfeit property [involved in an offense], it depends on the two sīmās. The Saṅgha within the sīmā must all be assembled. Therefore, the Vinaya states: "Whether the Saṅgha, many persons, or one person, they must all be gathered together; one must not forfeit to a separate group. If one forfeits [to a separate group], the forfeiture is invalid and one incurs a duṣkṛta. Only thread and mattresses, two precious items, are permitted to be forfeited to a separate group; except for these, it is not permitted in any case.")
