2.41

賣買戒　四分云。五眾平價迭相貿易不犯　僧祇云。俗人貿易物作知淨語者不犯　畜長鉢戒　十誦云。若比丘畜鉢。一夜便轉根者即犯。尼轉根者得十日。

The precept on buying and selling.
The Caturvargika-vinaya states: If [members of] the five assemblies trade with each other at fair market price, there is no offense. The Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya states: If when trading goods with laypeople one makes a pure declaration, there is no offense.
The precept on keeping an extra almsbowl.
The Daśādhyāya-vinaya states: If a monk keeps a bowl and overnight changes sex, he immediately commits an offense. A nun who changes sex has ten days.
