經。是時千百億至四十八 釋曰。第二化佛略誦。此中千佛及百億佛各誦本師戒。
Sūtra: “At that time, the thousands of ten millions […] forty-eight.” / Commentary: Second is the emanation Buddhas briefly chanting them. Here the thousand Buddhas and the ten billion Buddhas each chant the precepts of their original teacher.
