1.21

經。受持是戒已轉授諸眾生　釋曰。第二勸持傳說。欲令此戒盡未來際不斷絕故。轉授餘人。

Sūtra: “Having received and upheld these precepts, transmit them in turn to all sentient beings.” / Commentary: Second is exhorting them to uphold and transmit them. Wishing that these precepts never cease throughout the reaches of the future, one transmits them in turn to other people.
