Tenth, explaining the doctrine of immortal equivocation has five parts: 1. general statement; 2. citing scripture, in three parts: (1) explaining the meaning of equivocation, in two parts: [a] establishing the other's questions, in two parts: relying on the superior path, and relying on the path of definitive excellence; [b] answering the other's questions, in four parts: statement, relying on the other's question, relying on other matters, and conforming to the other's words; (2) listing names; (3) explanation in four parts as in the treatise; 3. explaining what is taught relying on scripture; 4. explaining the convergence of views; 5. conclusion.
