Ninth, explaining the sets of nine (navaka), has two parts: 1. explaining their sequence of arising; 2. explaining them, which has two [parts]: 1. Explaining the nine fetters (saṃyojana), which has two parts: (1) pointing them out; (2) indicating the particulars. 2. Explaining the nine abodes of beings, which has two parts: (1) pointing them out; (2) explaining them.
