5. Clarifying its karmans has two parts: (1) General designation, (2) Individual explanation, which has two parts: a. Clarifying shared karmans has six parts: (a) Cognizing its own object, (b) Cognizing self-characteristics and common characteristics, (c) Cognizing the three times, (d) Cognizing momentary continuity, (e) Instigating pure and impure actions, (f) Appropriating agreeable and disagreeable fruits and so forth; b. Clarifying unshared karmans has three parts: (a) General designation, (b) Enumerating the names, (c) Detailed explanation, which has fifteen parts.
