第六明為除飢渴受諸飲食分三。一問。二答分二。一明所食之意分二。一立因。二顯果。二明除何時苦分二。一標。二釋分三如論。三結。

Sixth, explaining partaking of food and drink to dispel hunger and thirst has three parts: 1. question; 2. answer, which has two parts: (1) explaining the intention of what is eaten, which has two parts: [1] establishing the cause, [2] revealing the fruit; (2) explaining the suffering of what time is dispelled, which has two parts: [1] stating, [2] explaining, which has three parts as in the treatise; 3. conclusion.
