初文分四。一總問。二引經句略答分六如論。三廣解經文分二。一明往還等六法。二明六法次第。初文分六門。

The first section has four parts: 1. General question; 2. Citing sūtra phrases and briefly answering, divided into six as in the treatise; 3. Broadly explaining the sūtra text, divided into two: (1) Clarifying the six dharmas such as going and returning, (2) Clarifying the sequential order of the six dharmas. The first part is divided into six gates.
