二別釋分四十四中第十三依不護譏嫌戒立學處分四。一總標。二別釋分四如論。三明犯相分二。一明有染犯。二明非染犯。四明無犯相分二。一總標。二別釋分五。一依外道明無犯。二依憎嫉明無犯。三依出家三事明無犯。四依他忿明無犯。五依心倒明無犯。

In the second part, detailed explanations divided into forty-four, the thirteenth, on establishing the training rules based on the precept of not guarding against ridicule and blame, is divided into four: 1. a general statement; 2. a detailed explanation, divided into four as in the treatise; 3. explaining the characteristics of the transgression, divided into two: (1) explaining transgressions with defilement, (2) explaining transgressions without defilement; 4. explaining the characteristics of non-transgression, divided into two: (1) a general statement, (2) a detailed explanation, divided into five: [i] explaining non-transgression with respect to non-Buddhists, [ii] explaining non-transgression with respect to hatred and jealousy, [iii] explaining non-transgression with respect to the three matters of renunciation, [iv] explaining non-transgression with respect to another's wrath, [v] explaining non-transgression with respect to perverted mind.
