二別釋分四十四中第十二依厭背涅槃隨順煩惱立違犯學處分五。一總標。二別釋邪論分三。一明應厭背涅槃。二明不應怖二煩惱。三明所以。三立犯相。四徵。五答所以分三。一校量二聖行業。二明所以　三結。

In the second part, detailed explanations divided into forty-four, the twelfth, on establishing the training rules regarding transgressions based on turning one's back on nirvāṇa with disgust and complying with defilements, is divided into five: 1. a general statement; 2. a detailed explanation of false doctrines, divided into three: (1) explaining that one should turn one's back on nirvāṇa with disgust, (2) explaining that one should not dread the two defilements, (3) explaining the reason; 3. establishing the characteristics of the transgression; 4. an inquiry; 5. answering the reason, divided into three: (1) comparing the activities of the two noble classes, (2) explaining the reason, (3) the conclusion.
