二別釋分四十四中第三十三依所應作事不作助伴立學處相分三。一總標犯人。二明犯相分二。一明有染犯分三。一立因。二顯果分二。一標。二釋分六如論。三結。二明非染犯。三明無犯相分二。一總標。二別釋分十二。一依疾病明無犯。二依無力明無犯。三依知彼自能明無犯。四依自有依怙明無犯。五依非義非法明無犯。六依調伏明無犯。七依先許他明無犯。八依轉請他明無犯。九依勤修善品明無犯。十依性鈍明無犯。十一依護多人意明無犯。十二依護僧制明無犯。

In the second part, detailed explanations divided into forty-four, the thirty-third, on establishing the characteristics of the training rules based on not being a companion in what should be done, is divided into three: 1. a general designation of the transgressor; 2. explaining the characteristics of the transgression, divided into two: (1) explaining transgressions with defilement, divided into three: [i] establishing the cause, [ii] showing the result, divided into two: (i) a statement, (ii) an explanation, divided into six as in the treatise; [iii] the conclusion; (2) explaining transgressions without defilement; 3. explaining the characteristics of non-transgression, divided into two: (1) a general statement, (2) a detailed explanation, divided into twelve: [i] explaining non-transgression with respect to illness, [ii] explaining non-transgression with respect to lack of strength, [iii] explaining non-transgression with respect to knowing the other is capable oneself, [iv] explaining non-transgression with respect to the other having their own protector, [v] explaining non-transgression with respect to what is unbeneficial and unrighteous, [vi] explaining non-transgression with respect to subjugation, [vii] explaining non-transgression with respect to having previously promised another, [viii] explaining non-transgression with respect to having entrusted another, [ix] explaining non-transgression with respect to diligent cultivation of wholesome factors, [x] explaining non-transgression with respect to dull nature, [xi] explaining non-transgression with respect to guarding the intentions of many people, [xii] explaining non-transgression with respect to guarding the saṃgha's regulations.
