二別釋分四十四中第三十四依不供病人立學處相分三。一立犯人。二明犯相分二。一明有染犯分三。一立因。二顯果。三結。二明非染犯。三四明無犯相分。二一總標。二別釋分十。一依自病明無犯。二依無力明無犯。三依請他有力明無犯。四依有怙明無犯。五依自能供事明無犯。六依長病明無犯。七依勝善品明無犯。八依無間修明無犯。九依自根鈍明無犯。十依先許他明無犯。

In the second part, detailed explanations divided into forty-four, the thirty-fourth, on establishing the characteristics of the training rules based on not attending to the sick, is divided into three: 1. establishing the transgressor; 2. explaining the characteristics of the transgression, divided into three: (1) establishing the cause, (2) showing the result, (3) the conclusion; 3. explaining transgressions without defilement; 4. explaining the characteristics of non-transgression, divided into two: 1. a general statement; 2. a detailed explanation, divided into ten: (1) explaining non-transgression with respect to one's own illness, (2) explaining non-transgression with respect to lack of strength, (3) explaining non-transgression with respect to requesting another who is capable, (4) explaining non-transgression with respect to having a protector, (5) explaining non-transgression with respect to being able to attend to oneself, (6) explaining non-transgression with respect to chronic illness, (7) explaining non-transgression with respect to superior wholesome factors, (8) explaining non-transgression with respect to uninterrupted cultivation, (9) explaining non-transgression with respect to one's own dull faculties, (10) explaining non-transgression with respect to having previously promised another.
