二別釋分四十四中第四十三依不訶責等立學處相分四。一立犯人。二顯有過。三明犯相分二。一明染犯分三。一立因。二顯果分三如論。三結。二明非染犯四明無犯相分二。一總標。二別釋分六。一依不可與語明無犯。二依多嫌恨明無犯。三依待時明無犯。四依生諍競明無犯。五依破僧明無犯。六依疾生慚愧明無犯。

Within the second [section], the detailed explanation in forty-four [parts], the forty-third, on establishing the characteristics of the training rule based on not reproaching, etc., has four parts: 1. establishing the person committing the transgression; 2. revealing the presence of fault; 3. explaining the characteristics of the transgression, with two parts: (1) explaining the defiled transgression, with three parts: a. establishing the cause, b. revealing the fruit, with three parts as in the treatise, c. concluding; (2) explaining the non-defiled transgression; 4. explaining the characteristics of non-transgression, with two parts: (1) general presentation; (2) detailed explanation in six parts: a. explaining non-transgression based on [the person] being one not to be spoken to, b. explaining non-transgression based on excessive resentment, c. explaining non-transgression based on biding time, d. explaining non-transgression based on inciting dispute, e. explaining non-transgression based on schism in the Saṅgha, f. explaining non-transgression based on their quickly developing shame and conscience.
