The second of the seven parts of the second, the detailed exposition: explaining the five kinds of non-wondrous attainments that are extremely wondrous phenomena, which is divided into three: 1. general presentation; 2. analytical inquiry; 3. detailed explanation, divided into five: 1. explaining the wondrous phenomena with reliance on undergoing suffering for the benefit of others, divided into three: (1) establishing the cause, (2) revealing the fruit, (3) conclusion; 2. explaining the wondrous phenomena with reliance on being well able to know the faults and virtues of defilement and purity to purify sentient beings, divided into three: (1) establishing the cause, (2) revealing the fruit, (3) conclusion; 3. explaining the wondrous phenomena with reliance on meditative bliss being able to purify sentient beings, divided into three: (1) establishing the cause, (2) revealing the fruit, (3) conclusion; 4. explaining the wondrous phenomena with reliance on the roots of goodness of the six perfections being able to purify sentient beings, divided into three: (1) establishing the cause, (2) revealing the fruit, (3) conclusion; 5. explaining the wondrous phenomena with reliance on taking the benefit of others as one's own benefit, divided into three: (1) establishing the cause, (2) revealing the fruit, (3) conclusion.
