分十二中第九明四諦是勝義攝善巧相分四。一總問。二略答。三徵。四答所以分二。一依三行自相差別立世俗諦所以分三如論。二依彼共相一味苦義立勝義諦所以。

Within the division into twelve, the ninth [part], clarifying the characteristics of skill in the four truths being subsumed under the ultimate [truth], is divided into four: 1. general inquiry; 2. brief answer; 3. interrogation; 4. answering the reason why, divided into two: (1) establishing the reason for conventional truth based on the individual characteristic distinctions of the three aspects, divided into three as in the treatise; (2) establishing the reason for ultimate truth based on their common characteristic of the single taste of suffering.
