Within the division into twelve, the tenth [part], clarifying the characteristics of skill in knowing suffering, abandoning origin, realizing cessation, and cultivating the path, is divided into two: 1. general inquiry, divided into four as in the treatise; 2. broad answer, divided into four: (1) answering the meaning of fully knowing the truth of suffering, divided into three: a. establishing what is to be remedied; b. establishing what remedies; c. conclusion; (2) answering the meaning of eternally abandoning the truth of origin, divided into three: a. establishing the cause; b. showing the effect; c. answering objections; (3) answering the meaning of directly experiencing the truth of cessation, divided into three: a. presentation; b. explanation; c. conclusion; (4) answering the meaning of cultivating the truth of the path, divided into three: a. establishing the cause; b. showing the effect; c. conclusion.
