所起相分非善惡者。是七轉識影像相分。若前六識所變相分從實質生。是性境故不隨見分。故非善惡。若第七識所熏相分是帶質境。雖通情本有覆無覆皆無記故。

Regarding 'The arising nimitta-bhāga is neither wholesome nor unwholesome': this is the reflection nimitta-bhāga of the seven transforming consciousnesses. If it is the nimitta-bhāga transformed by the first six consciousnesses, it arises from an actual maula-ālambana; because it is an objective realm of original nature, it does not conform to the darśana-bhāga, and thus is neither wholesome nor unwholesome. If it is the nimitta-bhāga perfumed by the seventh consciousness, it is a realm of altered substance; although it is common to both sentiment and source, both obscured and unobscured are indeterminate.
