三和合故皆有順生等者。謂根境識三和合時。一一皆有順生受等心所功能故言皆有。三和合位有順生能。異未合時故名變異。

Regarding 'Because the three harmonize, all possess [the capacity] to conform to arising,' and so forth: this means that when the faculty, object, and consciousness harmonize, each and every one possesses the function of conforming to the arising of caittas such as feeling; hence it is said that 'all possess' it. At the stage of the threefold harmonization, there is the capacity to conform to arising, which differs from the time before harmonization; hence it is called 'transformation.'
