非見所斷等者。三斷分別門。以此信等通有無漏故。通修斷非所斷攝。若雖有漏不迷理故非見所斷。而迷事故是修道中漸次而斷。若無漏者是正所修非可應斷故非所斷。

Regarding "not abandoned by vision": this is the section distinguishing the three abandonments. Because faith and the like include both the contaminated and the uncontaminated, they are subsumed under both what is abandoned by cultivation and what is not to be abandoned. If, although contaminated, they are not confused about principle, they are not abandoned by vision; but since they are confused about phenomena, they are gradually abandoned in the path of cultivation. If they are uncontaminated, they are what is genuinely cultivated and should not be abandoned; hence they are not to be abandoned.
