謂於隨順諸見戒禁等者。前既執見為勝能淨。隨順諸見而受戒禁。即執此戒及戒所依五蘊之身亦為勝淨。名戒禁取取者執也。

As for "grasping precepts and vows that conform to views, etc.": having previously grasped views as supreme and capable of purifying, one adopts precepts and vows in conformity with those views, and thereupon grasps these precepts and the body of five aggregates upon which the precepts rely as also supreme and pure. This is called clinging to rules and vows (śīlavrataparāmarśa); "clinging" (grāha) means grasping.
