疑後三見如理應思者。謂下苦等為有為無。故知有疑即撥為無。是邪見攝。執彼欲界所有見戒為勝為因故有二取。

"Doubt and the latter three views should be considered in accordance with principle": this means that regarding whether suffering and the rest below are existent or non-existent, one knows that there is doubt; then rejecting them as non-existent is subsumed under wrong view. Grasping those views and precepts in the desire realm as superior or as causes results in the two clingings.
