總緣諸行執我我所斷常愛者等者。此顯上界俱生身見邊見及愛亦緣下義。謂俱生見不能別緣。是故總緣下界謂諸法為我我所。執斷執常而起愛也。

As for "generally taking formations as object to grasp self, what belongs to self, annihilation, permanence, craving, etc.": this reveals the meaning that the innate view of self, extreme views, and craving of the higher realm also take the lower as object. That is, innate views cannot take [individual dharmas] separately as object, and therefore they generally take the lower realm, deeming its dharmas to be self and what belongs to self, grasp annihilation or permanence, and give rise to craving.
