亦有更加隨眠相者。即是小乘大眾部計。彼說現惑名之為纏。隨眠即名不相應矣。

Regarding "there are also those who additionally add the mark of latent dormancy (anuśaya)": this is the assertion of the Hīnayāna Mahāsāṃghika school. They explain that active afflictions are called entanglements (paryavasthāna), while latent dormancy (anuśaya) is termed an unassociated [dharma].
