一分無記增盛種子者。四無記中唯除異熟其餘三種是其增盛。能熏成種而起現行。故是一分增盛種也。

Regarding "one portion of indeterminate seeds that are reinforced": among the four indeterminates, with the sole exception of the karmic fruition, the remaining three kinds are reinforced; they are able to perfume into seeds and give rise to active manifestations, and are therefore one portion of reinforced seeds.
