故軌義局持義即通者。有軌義處必有持義。有持義處或無軌義。故軌與持通局異也。

Regarding 'Therefore, the sense of model-standard is restricted, whereas the sense of holding is pervasive': wherever the sense of model-standard is present, the sense of holding must be present; wherever the sense of holding is present, the sense of model-standard may be absent. Therefore, 'model-standard' and 'holding' differ in being restricted or pervasive.
