心遠獨行者。謂說此心遠通凡聖一切處行名曰遠行。唯獨一識唯一意識無別心所名曰獨行。

Regarding 'the mind faring far and alone': it means that this mind is said to reach far and fare through all places of both ordinary beings and nobles, and so is called 'faring far'; it is solely a single consciousness, only a single mental consciousness without distinct mental factors, and so is called 'faring alone'.
