"Yet the real darśana-mārga takes the truths comprehensively as its object": there are two kinds of darśana-mārga. The first is the real darśana-mārga, which is the primary non-conceptual wisdom. Arising immediately from the prior preparatory stage, it directly realizes the twofold emptiness and directly severs the twofold obscuration. Because it first illuminates the principle, it is called darśana-mārga. The second is the reflective darśana-mārga, which is the subsequent non-conceptual wisdom. Arising immediately from the real darśana-mārga, it models itself on the immediate and liberation [paths] of the real darśana-mārga, severing delusions and realizing the principle, and is also called darśana-mārga. Because this real darśana-mārga is markless, it comprehensively takes all suchness of the four truths as its object; by a single uninterrupted path it universally severs [the defilements of] the four truths, abandoning the discriminative afflictions all at once.
