論。四者計名至名言相故　述曰。依前顛倒所取境上更立名言而生分別計名字相。故經說云相名常相隨而生諸妄相。故言依於妄執分別假名等也。

The treatise says: "Fourth is the aspect of calculating names, [...] the aspect of nominal speech."

The commentary says: Based on the previously inverted apprehended objects, one further sets up nominal designations and generates discrimination; this is the aspect of calculating names. Therefore the sūtra states: "Marks and names constantly follow one another, giving rise to all deluded marks." Hence it says "based on deluded grasping, discriminating conventional names," and so forth.
