論。已說因緣分次說立義分　述曰。次下第二明立義分。於中有二。初結前起後。後正陳法義。此初也。

[Treatise:] Having expounded the section on causes and conditions, next the section on the setting forth of the thesis will be expounded. [Exposition:] Next below is the second [major section], clarifying the section on the setting forth of the thesis. Within it there are two parts: first, concluding the preceding to introduce the subsequent; second, properly setting forth the Dharma and meaning. This is the first.
