1.68

論。若離妄心實無可空故　述曰。此返結釋疑也。恐聞說空便成斷滅。故此釋云。遮諸念相假說為空。若不遮妄不說空。故真既不空。故非斷滅。是顯真性空而不空。

Treatise: "Because if one is free from the deluded mind, there is truly nothing that can be emptied." Commentary: This concludes inversely to resolve doubts. Fearing that hearing the explanation of emptiness will lead directly to [the view of] annihilation, this explanation says: Refuting the attributes of all thoughts is provisionally termed empty. If not for refuting delusion, empty would not be spoken of. Therefore, since the ultimate is not empty, it is not annihilation. This reveals that the true nature is empty and yet not empty.
