論。若從坐起至隨順觀察　述曰。此顯餘儀亦修止也。非直坐時。常修此止。餘威儀中常思方便。順於法性不動道理。

[Treatise:] If one rises from sitting ... accordingly observe. [Exposition:] This shows cultivating calm in other deportments as well. Not only during sitting does one constantly cultivate this calm; in all other postures, one constantly contemplates the expedients, according with the principle of the unmoving nature of reality.
