論。九者雖未至不樂世間　述曰。雖然未得常在定中。由前定力衰煩惱種縱在。敬心不起現惑。由此不著世間法也。

[Treatise:] Ninth, although not yet [... does not delight in worldly things]. [Exposition:] Although one is not yet able to be constantly in concentration, by the power of previous concentration, the seeds of afflictions are weakened; even when in a scattered state of mind, active afflictions do not arise; therefore, one does not cling to worldly dharmas.
