論。立大誓願至盡於未來　述曰。此因悲立願也。盡欲度脫等眾生者。廣大願也。亦限劫數等者。長時願也。

[Treatise:] Establishing great vows ... to the end of the future.
[Exposition:] This is establishing vows based on compassion. Desiring fully to deliver all sentient beings is the vast vow. Not limiting the number of kalpas is the long-term vow.
