4.124

論。以不知為破至唯是其空　釋曰。此正明執相也。既以不知為破著故。即如言執真如涅槃性　功德相畢竟斷無。

[Treatise:] Because they do not understand that [it was spoken] to refute [attachments, they cling to the view that the nature of tathatā and nirvāṇa] is merely empty—
[Commentary:] "Explication": This directly explains the characteristic of attachment. Since they do not know it was spoken to refute attachments, they cling literally to the idea that the nature and the attributes of virtues of tathatā and nirvāṇa are ultimately non-existent and annihilated.
