論。或復若人至無有邊際 釋曰。此明修惠益。若人等者。時少福多。假令已下校量多相。何以故下釋多所以。此論所明法性之理性。體無際德亦無窮。依修生惠契順性德。故使此人功德無盡。
Treatise: "Or if a person, [even for a single day and night, cultivates according to what has been explained] … [has merit that is boundless] and without limit." / Commentary: This clarifies the benefit of wisdom derived from cultivation. "If a person" and so forth: the time is short, yet the merit is great. From "even if" onwards, it weighs and compares the magnitude of the attributes. From "why is this?" onwards, it explains the reason for its greatness. The rational nature of the dharmatā clarified in this treatise is such that its substance is boundless and its virtues are also inexhaustible. By relying on cultivation, one produces wisdom that accords with the virtues of that nature; therefore, it causes this person's merits to be inexhaustible.
