諸法無行經云　若人分別戒。是則無有戒。若有見戒者。是則為失戒。戒非戒一相。知是為道師。

The Sarvadharmāpravṛtti-nirdeśa-sūtra says:
"If a person differentiates precepts,
then there are no precepts.
If someone sees precepts,
they have lost the precepts.
Precepts and non-precepts have a single characteristic;
knowing this, one is a master of the Path."
