能裂慳悋貧窮等者。能裂現在慳悋之綱。引得廣大福德資糧。能裂當來貧窮苦綱。引得廣大財寶勝位。

Regarding "able to tear through stinginess and poverty, and so forth": One can tear through the net of present stinginess and bring forth a vast accumulation of merit as provisions; one can tear through the net of the suffering of future poverty and bring forth a vast wealth of treasures and superior status.
