能除遣一切見趣等者。言見趣者即五見也。見趣即是諸邪惡慧。既能除遣虛妄見趣。故於品類諸別異法。隨其所知悉得真實。

Regarding "able to dispel all views, and so forth": The phrase "views" refers to the five [wrong] views. Views are precisely corrupt, evil wisdom. Since one can dispel empty, false views, then with respect to all distinct and differentiated categories of dharmas, one attains reality in accordance with whatever is known.
