謂要行一切事業者。且如行施。於內外事一切種類皆能善捨。若持戒時。於遮性等諸戒種類悉能修持。忍辱等四准此應知。

Regarding "meaning that one must perform all activities": Taking the practice of giving as an example, one is well able to renounce all kinds of things, both internal and external. When maintaining morality, one is fully able to cultivate and maintain all categories of precepts, such as the prohibitive and the natural. The four [pāramitās] from forbearance onward should be understood by analogy with this.
