初約遮門不斷三世等者。雜集瑜伽二論皆有斷不斷義。雜集具約種子現行說斷不斷。瑜伽就種剎那相續說斷不斷。各據義明不相乖越。故不斷義兩文同也。

Regarding "first, in terms of negation, it does not sever the three times" and so forth: both the Samuccaya and the Yogācāra have the senses of severing and non-severing. The Samuccaya fully treats severing and non-severing in terms of seeds and active manifestations. The Yogācāra treats severing and non-severing in terms of seeds in momentary continuity. Each explains according to its own perspective without conflict; therefore, regarding the meaning of non-severing, both texts agree.
