1.225

此意不說斷三世者。若准本釋不說斷其三世麁重。若爾何故前文說言。若此品對治生則此品麁重滅等。由是義故但可說言不斷三世現行惑也。

Regarding "this intention does not speak of severing the three times": if following the original commentary, it does not speak of severing their crude heaviness in the three times. If so, why does the earlier text say: "If this grade of antidote arises, then this grade of crude heaviness is extinguished," and so on? By this reasoning, one can only say that it does not sever the actively manifesting afflictions of the three times.
