1.23

無恚行者。新經名為無違逆行。若有瞋恚即是違逆忍波羅蜜。違逆諸佛所說空法。違逆攝受一切眾生。若無恚者則不違逆。亦異義一不相乖也。

'Non-anger practice': in the new sūtra it is named the 'non-defiance practice'. If there is anger, that is defiance against the kṣānti-pāramitā, defiance against the Dharma of emptiness expounded by all Buddhas, and defiance against embracing all sentient beings. If one is without anger, then there is no defiance. The different words have a single meaning and do not contradict each other.
