普賢菩薩所有行願者。我發心時一切眾生同我發心。我修行時同我修行。我成正覺等成正覺。心願既爾。智見亦然。不見一人不發心者。不行行者不成佛者。即是名為行普賢行也。

Regarding "all the practices and vows of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva": when I arouse the aspiration [for bodhi], all sentient beings arouse the aspiration along with me; when I cultivate practice, they cultivate practice along with me; when I attain complete awakening, they equally attain complete awakening. Since the intention and vows are such, cognitive insight is also like this: not seeing a single person who does not arouse the aspiration, who does not cultivate practice, or who does not become a Buddha—this is called "practicing the practice of Samantabhadra."
