Joy of the Pure Land! Joy of the Pure Land! The Pure Land is inconceivable! Joy of the Pure Land! / Amitābha dwells in the jeweled city towers (Joy of the Pure Land). / With full devotion, thought after thought faces toward the West (Joy of the Pure Land). / Arriving there, with the three knowledges and eight liberations (Joy of the Pure Land), / Bidding eternal farewell to the defiled land, what more is there to worry? (Joy of the Pure Land) / Joy of the Pure Land! Joy of the Pure Land! The Pure Land is inconceivable! Joy of the Pure Land! / Jeweled towers, jeweled pavilions, upheld by precious gold (Joy of the Pure Land); / The pond water and golden sands shine clear to the bottom (Joy of the Pure Land). / Dharma melodies regularly and constantly make offerings (Joy of the Pure Land); / Within the lotus assembly, the unborn is spoken (Joy of the Pure Land). / Joy of the Pure Land! Joy of the Pure Land! The Pure Land is inconceivable! Joy of the Pure Land! / Jeweled daises, jeweled pavilions, and precious pearls (Joy of the Pure Land); / Precious bodies, upright and dignified, golden forms (Joy of the Pure Land). / Bodhisattvas transformationally born play jade tunes (Joy of the Pure Land); / The gentle breeze in five tempos expounds tathatā (Joy of the Pure Land). / Joy of the Pure Land! Joy of the Pure Land! The Pure Land is inconceivable! Joy of the Pure Land! / Flowing waters and billows encircle the jeweled daises (Joy of the Pure Land); / The jeweled hall glistens, jade portals open (Joy of the Pure Land). / The Compassionate Lord from afar hears the children of the three realms (Joy of the Pure Land); / All must make the vow to attain rebirth and come (Joy of the Pure Land). / Joy of the Pure Land! Joy of the Pure Land! The Western Pure Land is exceedingly joyful! Joy of the Pure Land! / (Chant gradually faster hereafter.)
