3.47

陀羅尼菩薩白佛言。世尊。如佛所說。是經如是。唯大利益。無量眾生。滅罪成佛。是經即是。諸佛之母。菩薩之道。聲聞之眼。天人之舍。有如是等。不思議事。我當受持。天上人中。在在處處。廣宣流布。常使不斷。令得久住。

Dhāraṇī Bodhisattva addressed the Buddha, saying: "Bhagavat, as the Buddha has stated, this sūtra is just like this: it brings only great benefit to immeasurable sentient beings, eradicating sins and attaining Buddhahood. This sūtra is truly the mother of the buddhas, the path of bodhisattvas, the eye of śrāvakas, and the dwelling of gods and humans. Having such inconceivable matters, I shall uphold it, and in heaven and among humans, in place after place, broadly proclaim and disseminate it, constantly ensuring it does not cease, causing it to abide for a long time."
