世尊告曰：「勿作斯問。何以故？如來終不說此義。我今問汝，汝當報我。云何彌勒，空有形質無形質耶？」
The Bhagavat told him: "Do not ask this question. Why is this? The Tathāgata ultimately does not speak of such things. I now ask you, and you must answer me. How is it, Maitreya: is space endowed with physical form, or is it without physical form?"
